Shipping within New Zealand

We currently ship within New Zealand.

Standard shipping is NZ$7.90 per order.

Free standard shipping is available on orders of NZ$99 or more, excluding selected oversized or bulky items.

Oversized or bulky items may have additional shipping charges due to their size or weight. Any applicable shipping charge will be shown at checkout before payment.

In-Stock Items

For items that are in stock, the estimated delivery timeframe is 3–5 business days.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may be affected by courier delays, public holidays, severe weather, rural delivery, or other circumstances outside our control.

Backorders

Some products may be available for backorder when they are temporarily out of stock. Backordered products will be clearly identified on the relevant product page.

Our typical estimated timeframe for backordered items is approximately 8 weeks. This is an estimate and may vary depending on supplier availability, international freight, customs clearance, and other circumstances outside our control.

If there is a significant delay beyond the estimated timeframe, we will contact you with an updated estimate and available options.

If your order contains both in-stock and backordered items, we may hold the order until all items are available or ship the items separately. We will contact you if this affects your order.

Delivery

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are correct when placing your order. If you notice an error after ordering, please contact us as soon as possible.

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided where available.
